I conduct user research, utilising in-depth interviews and UX testing, to uncover barriers and motivations based on the Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) theory. Our process involves refining existing Customer Journey Maps (CJMs) and designing improved CJMs while fine-tuning interfaces through the rapid iteration of the RITE methodology.
