Philosophy and Approach.

I follow a Human Centered design approach and work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders, go through rapid cycles of work, feedback, refinement and validation, so that the team can deliver a useful, usable and successful experience for users and in turn a return on investment for business. The approach is completed in 4 key phases:

• Phase 1. Discovery

• Phase 2. Definition & Ideation

• Phase 3. Prototyping & Usability Testing

• Phase 4. Design implementation support & Improvements

In this section will show you the sequence of steps I usually take in a small scale that helps me to focus on meeting business goals of my clients, defining and satisfying end- users needs and at the same time making sure the solutions are technologically feasible.
